FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
- What does Saerosense do?
- Saerosense is an applied-AI studio in Seoul, South Korea. We design and build production AI systems in four areas: AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), computer vision and visual inspection, AI for network and device telemetry, and LLM integration advisory.
- Where is Saerosense located, and do you work remotely?
- We are based in Seoul, South Korea and work with clients worldwide. Engagements run remotely by default, with on-site work available in Korea.
- How are projects priced?
- Every project starts with a short, fixed-price scoping phase, after which you receive a fixed quote for the build. We do not run open-ended hourly engagements, so there are no surprise invoices.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Scoping takes one to two weeks. A working prototype on your real data typically takes two to six more weeks. Production hardening depends on your environment and is quoted after the prototype proves value.
- Do you work with our existing stack and cloud?
- Yes. We build inside your environment — AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-premise — in Python and the tooling your team already runs, and you own all code and models at handover.
- Can systems run fully on-premise for data privacy?
- Yes. When data cannot leave your network, we deploy open-weight models on your hardware and design the pipeline around that constraint from day one.
- Which industries do you serve?
- Our deepest experience is in networking, telecom, and IoT (log diagnosis and fleet telemetry) and in visual inspection for manufacturing and infrastructure. The agent, RAG, and advisory work applies across industries.
- Do you support both Korean and English?
- Yes. The team works bilingually — meetings, documentation, and the systems themselves, including RAG over mixed Korean–English document sets.
- How do we start?
- Email contact@saerosense.com with two or three sentences about your data and the outcome you want. We reply within two business days with an honest read on feasibility and a proposed scoping plan.
